The Aviary began as an idea formed between two longstanding colleagues.
They wanted to create a special and unique cocktail venue which provided exceptional service, by a knowledgeable but friendly team of bartenders.
Styling an interior that was both cosy & opulent was key, then the hard part - filling it with a vibe that was not only 'sassy' and 'chic', but that welcomed all ages and all people, the project began to take shape in September 2024.
Opening on November the 28th 2024, within six months not only had the Aviary gone on to win two prestigious awards, it had quickly become the centre of Rugby's cocktail culture.
